According to the type of vehicle and ticket, you will find different lanes and times for check-in.

Which lane should you choose?

When you arrive at the port, signs with pictograms will help to find your way.

	Automatic check-in for customers with Bizz- or EasyGo For cars and vans up to 6m in lenght without a trailer.
	Self-Service Here you can buy Economy EXTRA and FLEX tickets. Only for cars and vans up to 6m in lenght. If you have already bought yout ticket please check-in in the automat.
	Payment cards Here you can buy the tickets with cards.
	Service Lane Handling of all vehicle categories and tickets for all departures.

In each check-in lane the signs show the payment options and types of vehicles for the specific lane.

Tips for check-in

Self-Service check-in
Is your car up to than 6 m in length, you can profitably buy your ticket in the automat and you will save the handling fee of EUR 4,-  If you already have bought your ticket or are using Bizz, you can fast and easy check in using the automat.

Service Lane
Is your car less than 6 m in length, you will be charged a handling fee of EUR 4,- if you buy your ticket in the Personal Service lane at the ports in Rødby, Puttgarden, Gedser or Rostock. 

Payment cards at the Self-Service check-in

In our automated check-in, you have the possibility to purchase Economy EXTRA tickets. You can use the following types of cards for payment in the German or Danish ports. Please note that some cards may be restricted by the issuing bank and cannot be used in the automatic check-in.
