Use your bizz connected to EasyGo, e.g. Brobizz, to buy tickets and check-in at the harbour without paying a handling fee. The bizz works in the harbours at Puttgarden, Rødby, Rostock and Gedser.

Benefits by using a bizz at the harbour

A bizz connected to EasyGo is electronic payment where the amount automatically is deducted from the associated payment card.

This has many benefits:

  • Buy selected tickets via your bizz

  • Save the handling fee at the harbours
  • SMILE members receive points on ferry tickets bought with a bizz

  • Buy selected tickets with your bizz. The prices depend on travel date, route and ticket type.

    Bizz tickets to Puttgarden-Rødby

    On the Puttgarden-Rødby crossing, you can choose between a Bizz Flex and a Bizz Standard ticket.

    Prices and other conditions for these bizz ticket types are the same as for our normal Standard and Flex tickets.

    For both types of ticket, the ticket is selected on arrival at the automatic check-in at Puttgarden or Rødby. The current price will be shown there at that time.

    If your car is more than 6 metres, you can’t use your bizz for automatic check-in, but you will have to drive to the manned check-in lane.

    Bizz tickets to Rostock-Gedser

    On the Gedser-Rostock crossing, you can choose a Bizz Flex ticket. Prices and other conditions for the Bizz Flex ticket are the same as for our normal Flex tickets.

    If your car is more than 6 metres, you can’t use your bizz for automatic check-in, but you will have to drive to the manned check-in lane.

  • The length of your car determines in which lane you are to buy your ferry ticket with bizz. 

    If your car is less than 6 meters long:

    • Drive to the Blue lane where you will find our ticket machine.
    • Click on the bizz-icon on the ticket machine.
    • Follow the instructions on the ticket machine to book your ticket. 
    • When you are to pay, the amount is automatically paid via your bizz (NB! You may be asked to scan the barcode on your bizz if its battery is running low).
    • After payment drive to the assigned lane.

    If your car is more than 6 meters long:

    • Drive to Yellow lane, where there will be staff waiting. 
    • The staff will book your ticket.
    • Upon payment you must scan your bizz, where after the amount will automatically be deducted. 
    • After payment drive to the assigned lane.

    You can use your bizz on our two crossings, Puttgarden-Rødby and Rostock-Gedser, as well as on the Helsingør-Helsingborg crossing.

    Please note that if you do not want to use your bizz at check-in, it needs to be stored in a foil bag.
