If you have not booked a ticket in advance on scandlines.com or in our app, you can easily buy one in the harbour's check-in lanes.

In the blue lane, you can quickly and easily buy a ticket from the machine.
You can pay with the following payment cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Maestro
- Visa Electron
- JCB
- Diners Club
- American Express
Do you need to pay in cash? Then head to the yellow lane.

In the yellow lane, buy your ticket from our staff member.
Note: A handling fee of 15 EUR DKK is added to tickets purchased in the yellow lane.
In the yellow lane you can pay with:
- Cash
- Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB, Diners Club, American Express)

In Rødby and Puttgarden:
- Buy your ticket at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure via the yellow lane, where a member of staff will be waiting.
(No handling fee will be charged for pedestrian tickets and bicycle add-ons purchased at the harbour in the yellow lane)
In Gedser:
- Buy your ticket from a machine in the terminal building no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
In Rostock:
- Buy a boarding pass from a machine in the Fährcenter building up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- If you want to bring a bicycle on board, buy a bicycle add-on and passenger ticket the yellow lane, where a member of staff will be waiting.
(No handling fee will be charged for pedestrian tickets and bicycle add-ons purchased at the harbour in the yellow lane)
